Reagon Carter began playing and writing music when he was 15 in his hometown of Cypress, Texas. He played venues in the Houston area before moving to Stillwater, Oklahoma, to pursue a degree in Agricultural Education at Oklahoma State University.

Carter now plays the Oklahoma and north Texas music scene, most notably opening for The Damn Quails and Colten Jesse. He has performed at Chief Records in the Ft. Worth Stockyards and frequently visits Blake Shelton’s Ole Red in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

He released his first single, Orlando, in November 2022, followed by Silver Dollar in February 2023. Carter plans to release an EP in 2024. His music can be found on all streaming platforms.

Carter draws inspiration from songwriters such as Evan Felker and Jason Isbell. With his music, he looks to provide a classic Red Dirt-Americana sound while delivering authentic and unique songwriting.
